Subject: Re: Sprayed for wheat midge

Camrose, Alberta
That's good to hear. I am very cautious when it comes to spraying insecticides. I sprayed Decis once when I customed sprayed for a fertilizer dealer about five years ago. Then I thought about it and realized $15 per hour isn't enough money for me to risk my own health, so I quite spraying insecticides.

Now when its my own wheat I feel the risk is tollerable as long as we are prepared. I spray and never leave the cab and Dad does the mixing. We both wear a charcoal filtered mask and rubber boots. He has goggels, rubber pants, rubber coat and rubber gloves.
