Eastern North Carolina | I have had a couple company's that wanted to talk to me, solar farms are going up around here like crazy. I never bothered to talk to them. If I signed a contract for them to build on the farm they wanted, I would have to move to another planet, locals wouldn't be too happy looking at all those mirrors. Got to wonder what your land is worth at the end of the 20 year lease... How much hazmat material will there be? May not be bad stuff now but in 20 years ice water may be considered hazardous...!
