I was told by Syngenta rep that...
1. To your question about Resistance to Strobilurins. Yes there's is resistance to Strobilurins in other Crops i.e. ( Potatoes, Cucumbers.) There is a chance of resistance with multiple applications.
That is why Quilt with the power of Two makes sense with Quadris which is a Strobilurin or Preventive and Tilt which is a Curititive this helps to limit resistance. These two components make up Quilt.
