Absolute best was a regional director that, as a truck driver, I met at a company fish fry. My wife and I was introduced to him along with about 60 other drivers and their wives. Six months later his office was moved from Oklahoma City to Midland where I worked out of. I was in the shop one day and he walked in. He came up to me, called me by name and asked how Kaye was. I was flabbergasted that he would have remembered my name much less Kaye's name after that one meeting 6 months earlier. He was 100% for the employees and made every effort to be fair and accurate with everything he did. I later went into mid-management  with him as my immediate boss. Have often thought that if our countries leaders had half of his leadership abilities, we wouldn't have the mess that we have.
