Subject: RE: Amazing universe

North of London

They have planets that are in the 'hospitable zone' like earth but not all are the same size as earth so would to be hospitable to many life forms on earth.

It is worth noting that a lot of life can live in areas that 'we' humans can not survive in so there may be life.

Intelligent life would not need to be the same as us or able to survive in our environment.

The distances are enormous, unimaginable to most of us, so it is not possible to know exactly what planets around other stars would be like.

Technology keeps getting better and they are able to 'see' and understand more about these planets all the time.

Now if you want to let your imagination run a bit, read this article which talks of a possible but not likely alien megastructure around another planet.

It is interesting to think about this even though there are other explanations for what they have found but with the many many planets in the universe it would seem very unlikely that life will not be out there somewhere. Intelligent life would be less likely to be found but again odds would seem that somewhere at sometime intelligence is or was out there somewhere.

Article about an alien superstructure unlikely though it probably is.
