Just came from having the vet pull a premature calf a first calf heifer was trying to abort. Had same thing a year ago with one. Vet said it could be caused by many things, but this time of year I thought he said anaplasmosis caused by a tick bite. Heifer seems to be fine. Sound like a possibility?
