That was one of the reasons we went with the Bourgault Smart Cart, because it uses a turret style unload augar and doesn't require being that close to the semi trailer to hit the middle. We actually installed a ball with a string attached to the augar to quide us along the truck box sides so that we wouldn't be too far over the other side.
