E.C. MI | I am wanting to repaint my fuel/28%tanks. Last time we used epoxy, and it lasted about 8 years. It was a real pain using the roller and thought it would last longer. I prefer to spray them this time, so that rules out the epoxy. There is some rust coming through, and some older paint that is peeling. I am going to try my pressure washer with the blaster tip to get all the lose stuff off. The guy that is going to paint for me says to use acryllic, and just plan to redo again in a few years, I would rather buy some good primer and paint and have it last at least another 8 or so. Any suggestions on types/brands that you guys have had good luck with. I want a brilliant white for my color. | |
