I think some browsers make them clickable automatically others do not.

Here is the link to this thread which is what I'm guessing you mean by black and white ? You can paste the link in black and white like this. Once pasted hold down the left mouse button and drag across the black and white link location.  You can either select copy again or if you just pasted it it should still be in memory. Once highlighted the little chain link symbol above should be active. (You need to be using the HTML editor for all the buttons to show up.) Click on it and a pop up box should open. see pic 1

Paste the address into the link URL line box and click insert. This should then make the link clickable to others. See pic 2

Now the link is clickable see pic 3.

If you don't see the chain link button look in the lower left corner where you can select the basic editor or the HTML editor. pic 4
