NC | got the dish & modem hooked up Friday, worked fine..........for about 24hrs.......now, it is slower than slow. can't get their access page to open so i can set my acount up and access their Ag info even when going through my previous ISP? their tech dept has yet to return a call or email. talked to the sales guy this morn that sold it to me and he gave me a direct # to his tech person. he told me i must have received the wrong, outdated modem and the new one would solve the problems most likely...for me to ask his tech person? well, his tech person will not answer or return a call?
is my situation thus far unique? or is this pretty standard operating proceedures with them for anyone who knows? thanks, joe
