North Central Texas | I think they may have already started to soften. Part of me says it should fall but part of me wonders. It should cycle down in price but all the increases I am seeing are in existing full time producers rebuilding. The joe blow with 5 or 10 cows is not showing back up. We have also had major, up to 20% loses, of pasture land in many counties here due to wildlife exemptions. | |
