I always used to have a few gilts that didn't get bred,they would weigh270-280 ,would be able to get bigger cuts but they still weren;t fat. At 50/cwt live weight and a 72 yield it likes like I would have at least 1.70 ,if not close to 2$ a pound in the meat by the time the processing is paid...Thanks for the info,will see what comes up
