For those of you that took ruminant animal nutrition classes at the U (undergraduate) - - what were your main texts?
Would you recommend someone buying them to learn?
If there are any with post-graduate training do you have any further recommendations?
I'm getting into something real different, its small animal ruminant dairy nutrition and the number of people out there that have a track record on this is fairly small so I want to be learning this stuff myself.
I've found some possible resources but no one that I've found has this as a primary skill. Makes for some interesting learning for sure!!
Any tips greatly appreciated!!
