One yield monitor might be workable.  Several yield monitors is not.

One platform scale at the bin is workable.  When you start hauling some directly to somewhere else, it gets untenable.

I believe that the key to keeping things right is to have ONE system which records every load.  That system could be any of several different systems, but the key, I think, is to have one certain answer and only one answer.
