One thing I have seen is that condition of the tracks on those sets the price. I think new ones can be upwards of 15k and retreads 9 or 10 once mounted-and I may be off on that. So even if you did find one cheap if you are going to keep it long enough and put enough hours on to finish the remaining life you want to consider that part of the plan.
