If I remember right, you would enter the unlock code as you tell the receiver to use OmniSTAR. It is under Configuration > System > GPS > GPS Setup > GPS Correction Source. When you select Omni* XP/HP a input field will come up to enter the code the first time in. After that you would need to call OmniSTAR to subscribe. You will need your receiver serial number for them.
