Did you also disconnect the connector on the IMD600 and SAM200?
Check if the relay in the EZ pilot cabling is working , it is switched by the FMX. That are the other 2 wires besides + and - 12V in the power connector.
Check also the FMX 4 pins power connector and cabling on bad contacts.
