DeKalb, IL | Are they in the same workgroup? I've had no problems doing what you're trying to do -- once I placed each computer is in the same workgroup. There's a couple of years separating the release dates of the Pro and Home systems that I use. One group of computers came with the default workgroup of 'WORKGROUP' while the other class of computers came with the default workgroup of 'MSHOME'. I made the change, waited a while after rebooting, and could then see the other systems. | |
