Somerville, Indiana | 3 times this year after hooking up a new HP printer-scanner F4140 to a 2 year old Dell printer, had to have help with tech to reinstall the printer. Last time he said I wasn't buying oem printer cartridge, which I am, this time the another Indian says my USB needs replaced. They remove and re install and get it back going for a couple months again, but last night-early morning didn't give good results. Getting a new USB today, could it be something else? Does Dell hate HP that much?
