Call Raven direct at (800) 243-5435. The Cruizer has had serious problems from the start. I can not believe that the new management at Raven will allow their reputation to suffer serious harm over this product. Statements like "you are the only one that has that problem" are no longer possible with forums like AgTalk. Management personnel from Raven (and others) will read this.
