Wildblue has been having issues with this site.  You could search this site for "WildBlue" and see if you find something helpful from other users.  gfi's solution may work for some and not for others.  Some Wildblue users here have been received well when contacting Wildblue customer support; don't let them get by with telling you that you are the only one with the problem.
