I apologize for your frustration. I suspect the quickest way to get you going will be to go over things on the phone. Let us know when you get a break and we'll give you a call.
With regards to your equipment not getting written to the GS2, I'm fairly confident that this should be working. However, the equipent will likely be listed on the GS2 under the "Other" category. The categories that John Deere is using do not match up with those in Farm Works so the equipment winds up in the "Other" category. With regards to missing data, I suspect you are referring to some of the weather conditions. We are working on a fix for this.
