| Your Insight should have come with a PN 2000819. It is a short adapter cable. You will need that AND a Ag Leader PN 4000325-10. This is a 10 foot female to female 9 pin cable. Ultimately by hooking these two cables together you made a straight through serial cable, but these two are necessary so you don't send power from the Insight to the EZ Guide 500.
Comparing GPS receivers... That's a whole topic by itself. The 1100 is definitely not as accurate as the other two as far as manufacturer's specs. The other two would be rated the same for accuracy - Both are sub meter units that will output 5 HZ, and I have had good luck with both units. | |
