Put the USB drive in first thing.  It takes a while for it to recognize it and give you "USB Drive ready for use" 

Then go to data management and save vehicle settings and save to USB.  

When you transfer vehicle settings from an omnistar unit to a waas unit remember to go in and chance the differential source, or otherwise you will have a field service call as soon as the operator gets to the field and tries to engage.   Wonder how I would know that? :)
