Southeast MO
Shouldn't make that much of a difference, I wouldn't think. We bought a used suburban last summer and haven't regretted one bit of it. But I haven't checked the fuel mileage much other than what it shows on the dash. Seems to get around 17 on the highway. The longer length looks a little intimidating when you think about getting around in the city, but it's no longer than a crew cab chevy truck. Lot's of room! For what it's worth, I would recommend a suburban.
