Take an appropriate size (something that will span the dent) piece of angle iron and drill a hole in the "v" of the angle. Tack weld a piece of ready thread to the center of the dent, place the hole in your angle over the ready thread. Spin a washer and nut on the ready thread and tighten with a wrench. Depending on the dent size it may take a few pulls or only one, just grind the ready thread off when done. I have used this a few times and worked slick, didn't have to pull the screw and just needed a little paint.
