| They do not offer performance incentives, which in our territory I think I would rather not have that. Might cause more issues between applicators on jobs they have to do. Company does have good benefits but they had them on day 1. I am not greedy by any means but there is some moral that goes along with raises or lack of. I guess I kind of feel a 2-3% cost of living raise shouldn't be out of the question. | |
