| tntfarm - Seven days is not much time for the expansive area you wish to hit. It really depends on what you and your family like to do on vacations. You might consider going through Ontario & Quebec to get east. If so you can probably make it to Prince Edward County, Ontario in one day. Yes I said Prince Edward County not Island as it is an island in Lake Ontario. Here's some info about this destination ....... http://prince-edward-county.com . Quebec City is a wonderful small city to visit but in many ways it leaves you far from your other destinations. Downeast Maine has beautiful coastline and ocean related activities. Bar Harbor and nearby Acadia NP are nice destinations. Boston has many historical landmarks and tours. Also there are many great museums in Boston. Salem to the north of Boston has witchcraft related sites to visit. Cape Cod Massachusetts as well as Martha's Vineyard island are nice destinations. Newport RI has sailing museums and large mansions run by the historical society for visitation...... http://www.newportmansions.org . Block Island RI is a great small island where you can spend a couple of days relaxing, fishing, and bicycling. When you finally decide on the track you are heading I can probably make more suggestions. | |
