| It is in no way designed to be your only insurance. It is designed to provide some $$ directly to you that can help with the out of pocket expenses and deductibles that real insurance doesn't cover. The money they paid me on my hand injury was a tiny drop in the bucket compared to the total hospital/doctors bill too. But, as I said above they did pay on that injury exactly what the policy said they would.
