Southern Ohio | I have only butchered a few deer and other small game so I'm far from an expert on butchering.
Have a young goat that I killed last Thursday, skinned it and the plan was for it to hang a few days in the garage and then finish it up over the long weekend. Due to illnesses and anything else that could go wrong, I wasn't able to get to it. Now it's froze rock solid. The plan was to cut out the loin and probably grind up the rest. How should I go about thawing this thing out to try and finish it up? Or have I probably ruined it?
