| Have been trying to run the John Deere Apex program. When I click on the icon to bring it up this long message pops up:
An error occurred while trying to read the database version: An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)
I suppose it tells you the problem but I have no idea what it means. I think the message is so long I lose interest somewhere in the middle. If anyone would have any ideas I'd greatly appreciate it. | |
