problem w/ those countries, Venezula for example, Hugo Chavez, and Zimbawbe would be worse
A big investment can be made, and the next day they would "nationalize" it ---for the good of the "people" for sure.....
but what the heck, I'm sure Exxon has heard threats like that coming from some of our politictians lately
