Here if old buildings are left unattended they are gone they steal them board by board! I've had a few buddies offered new lumber in exchange for their old. I told them if they did that they better have the new up front or a contract. Becuase a few were burned by these guys. They took old boards down and never showed back with new lumber.
Old barn lumber --- Is it worth anything?
