we have auto, farm with them. Have been with them  since 89.
Have had a few claims and many rate raises. Have been well satisfied
so far. Have a car hail claim we just turned in. We'll see how that goes.
But agree, its mostly about the agent. Wish you the best in your insurance hunt. :)
