| My employees are all contract labor and I won't drink with them but I don't ban them from drinking after hours. I pay them minimum wage because they are minimal skilled employees.
I have an agreement with them and a local tavern. They can charge $300 in drinks per day from 5pm-10pm and I'll pay the tab. Usually they run a tab of $150/day, 6 days a week. They are always at work on time and sober. It's cheaper to buy them booze than pay them more wages and taxes and take the risk of an accident. | |
