NW Washington
Should be lots of air seeders on the market in western Canada. A Flexicoil with Stealth openers or any similar rig should do the job. A double shank Consevapak does minimal soil distrubance for a hoe opener and has good fertilizer/seed separation so you can use NH3 without hurting seed germination. Conservapak sells direct and they usually have some used drills available.
