Have a J&M 1325 and can hold 1250 or more and go over terraces and hills without spilling with dry corn. I think it would hold 1300 and still be ok if it was loaded even. We pull it with a CIH 315. Had it loaded up full one day and it went up a fairly step hill. It has floaters so it doesn't sink in. I really didn't know if it would make it. Driver geared down and the traction was about all it could do. Going up a hill at some angle is better. Your 8430 should be fine. My 315 isn't fully weighted on the rear.
