Not many options in free choice Rumensin minerals, and they don't eat it worth a hoot.

Hello Beefbiz

Here, Masterfeeds sells a 16:16 & a 20:10 mineral medicated with 5500mg/kg of Monensin Sodium. With a 2 tonne minimum order, they will blend you whatever you want.
99% of the time I feed the medicated mineral in a TMR, but have fed some free choice. It's the exact same minerals as their unmedicated minerals & I've never noticed any difference in voluntary intake between the 2. The only time that I've seen cattle turn up their noses at the mineral is when I had just gotten in a fresh lift after feeding out all the old 1. They seen to like it better after it's aged (aired out?) a bit.
