There are a couple systems like that, all have to compress or seperate out the liquids. One just squezzes it with more pressue then the dry material goes onto a pile under cover and literally cooks itself and the bacteria out. The other is the huge rotating drum that heats or cooks the bacteria. Both very interesting setups.
