candor ny | Grease in ring is dried and causing it to bind. Lower so there is no slack on cable take out four bolts that hold slip ring together and drop lower part. Use a scrapper and screw driver to clean out old grease from groove and surface. Grease when apart then put back toghther. Just went through this with my 14 foot one and now it runs like a champ with no weight on the wheels. | |
