Subject: Having trouble with feed wagon

south west iowa
We have a SCHULER VM6020 600 cubic feet Vertical Mixer wagon. With the PTO running we fill up with grindings first about 2800 LB. to 3000 LB. and a 50 LB. bag of mineral balance. Then we put in about 2100 LB. to 2200 LB. of WDG wet cake. Then we put in about 2600 LB. to 2700 LB. of Corn Syrup. And it will have about 2 FT around the out side of tub that has not mixed up and it has taken as long as 30 min. to get that mixed up. If you don't wait for it to get mixed up then you have to unload it and reload it back up. Then we will put in about 1200 LB. to 1500 LB. of grindings to make a full load of about 8750 LB. to 9450 LB.. We got the wagon new about a year ago and it didn't take that long to mix the same load. But now just about every load it takes for ever to get a full load mixed. Any one ever had this happen with there vertical mixer wagon?
