| If the guy who has the pasture will provide some self care such as checking cattle each day. An make sure the stock tanks are full an the well is working could get the top dollar Im sure. In the summer it doesn't take long for cattle with out water to have serious problems. I know in the sandhills where some ranches are pretty big spreds some own planes just to fly over an see if the windmills are turning an tanks are full.
