Ditto on a couple of above ideas. I've given my wife a massage gift certificate and also the maid service idea twice a week. Chiropractic care is a bonus too. Also, I take a week off of work when each baby comes. Send the other kids to grandma and spend the first 2 days alone with wife and new baby. Make sure she doesn't have to do much of anything the first week!
