| HUH? NO canning on a flat glass top? I'm glad you told me that, we've been canning on ours since 1997 and never had any trouble. My wife cans a lot, and I mean a lot, both with a pressure cooker and a canner. I actually think a glass top is BETTER for canning. Those flimsy electric coils have been known to bend from all the weight of a fully filled pressure cooker. Gee, my wife isn't going to like it when I tell her she has to quit canning on it. BTW, it's a Whirlpool. As to dishwashers, go Bosch, never had any trouble with ours either. |
