SE Iowa | We have been renting a JD combine since 1994 and for the last almost ten years (memory issue right now) we have installed the monitor, wiring, moisture sensor, and yield sensor every year and taken it off when we are done. Ours is AGLeader. It takes a little while, but really is no big deal. Even if there are no holes for the moisture, it is nothing to get a small cutting blade and slice some holes in the clean grain elevator.
Do it, you'll love seeing the yeild maps and should be able to learn from them.
