Subject: RE: Raven 450 and radar

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
If your tractor has radar on it, a splitter cable is available.

If your tractor does not have radar you could use a magnetic wheel sensor. Magnetic speed sensors on a non driven wheel such as one of your sprayer's wheels have worked well for many years.

If your tractor does ot have radar you could also purchase a GPS radar emulation device. These are very common, cheaper than radar and reliable.

We sell lots of a model called StarTrak exactly for this purpose. These come in two different models. One has the AMP style connector which is used by most planter monitors and the other has the Conxall connector like your Raven 450 uses.

Adapter cables are available for splitting the signal to run a planter monitor and smartbox (two amp style connectors) or a planter monitor and a Raven (one of each style).
