Interesting. Is there an EPA for ocean freighters? Wonder if they have to use these ridiculous muffler/filters and DEF to comply? How about OSHA rules? How about unemployment, ObammyCare, etc,,,,. No wonder We are loosing the battle. Chiner does not run by the same self inflicted rules as us. Cheaper to ship 3000 miles accross an ocean than a few hundred on US roads. Sad.
