KS and NE in eastern 3rd | Because some guys just like to grow corn. I suppose they figured the price would come back, but since it hasn't and some guys are now realizing that the price of corn can be under the COP they may switch to beans for a more conservative approach to 2015. Some guys will still plant corn because they just like growing it or maybe they feel it is more profitable on their farm. | |
