swmn | Ive ran deeres and vermeers, the cornstalk special will prob outdo the 569 in stalks when their running good in tough conditions, but it was a constant battle from day one with belts bearings and netwrap on the vermeers, so the deere always ended up doing more bales in a day, did over a thousand bales behind a chopping head and v rake in 2 days last weekend with my 569 and service or parts are much closer for deere than Vermeer for me so I'd be hard pressed to go back to a Vermeer again. Have 3000 on the 569 standard this year so far and literally the only thing I've fixed is a broken bolt on the gate latch and a couple dozen pickup teeth
