Took me about 10 min after reading the thoughts of a Buffalo Highway to come up with this plan.  Easements used for Clean Grain Line out of Kansas/Oklahoma, linked to the Keystone Pipeline allows them to travel free range, across the Midwest and  into Canada.  Use wireless electric fence like laser beams across roads, and drivers beware. MDC did it with Elk why not Buffalo.  I missed both of these topics over the years Buffalo Roam and this Grand River Grassland project.  Off to a project before it rains Monday afternoon.  Calendar saying November is not good.
